I've owned a Sundowner for nearly 3 years now and find it a quality product. I recently had to bring it back to Coleman factory for some warranty work and I can't say enough good about the warranty staff. They took great care of me and communicated throughout the repair process. Upon picking the unit up, we did a walk thru of the repairs and they addressed items that were NOT on my list! This company goes above and beyond! A great warranty and a great staff to back it up.

The ordering process was easy and the staff was extremely helpful . All my questions were answered promptly and with knowledge. We picked up the trailer from the factory and had an issue with the wiring on my truck . The staff fixed the problem in no time. I must say it is the best pulling trailer i have ever pulled.
